Our Mission

220 Consulting & Logistics was born out of a passion for the fire service. Our mission is to ensure that the fire service thrives in future generations. We provide fire departments with effective and efficient hiring and promotional processes in order to secure the best possible candidates while simultaneously freeing up departmental staff, time and resources to allow the administration to focus on other operational and administrative goals.
